Chairman & CEO
Allan has been with GVL Poly since May of 2007 and has served as CEO since 2009. He has been a GVL Poly Shareholder since September of 2002. Prior to joining GVL Poly Allan worked in banking and was employed in various positions, including Bank President. He attended the North Dakota State University.
As CEO Allan oversees strategic business planning, budgets, and other areas of business management.
Ken graduated in 1983 from Minnesota State Mankato with a BS degree in Accounting. He began his auditing career as a CPA with Touche Ross, and moved to private industry in 1985. For most of his career, he has been employed as a corporate CFO, working mostly in the manufacturing sector. Ken began working with GVL Poly part time in 1996 handling various accounting functions for GVL. In 2009, he became the corporate CFO, and joined the Company full time in 2014.
In his role as CFO, Ken is responsible for all financial operations of the Company.
President & COO
Nathan joined GVL Poly in July of 2012. He has served as President since 2014 and COO since 2016. Nathan oversees the daily operations of all departments and works with customers on new projects.
He attended South Dakota State University and has an Agricultural Engineering degree. He is also a licensed professional engineer. Prior to joining GVL Poly, Nathan held positions of test engineer, test site manager, and proto shop manager.
Business Systems Manager
Terry has been with GVL POLY since January 2014. Previous to that Terry was self-employed as an IT contractor who has worked with GVL POLY since 2003. Terry received a B.S. in Computer Science from Aurora University, Aurora, IL.
Terry’s responsibilities include Network Infrastructure, Servers, PBX systems, Desktop applications and Macola ES MRP software systems.
Kevin served in the United States Navy for 23 years where he worked various positions, but the last 12 years as a Manpower manager, project manager and computer software developer/trainer. He has been with GVL since August 2012. As Production Manager, he oversees molding, blending, assembly, fabrication and shipping/receiving. He also plans and schedules all production for the Litchfield and Hesston plants.
Todd joined GVL Poly in June of 2014. Todd works on engineering projects for both customers and manufacturing, engineering process such as ECOs and is currently project lead for the YETI product being produced in Hesston.
He attended North Dakota State University and has a Mechanical Engineering degree. Prior to joining GVL Poly, Todd held a position of design engineer for a major appliance manufacturer.
Manufacturing Support Manager
Jack joined GVL Poly in May of 2016. He oversees Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement at the Hesston facility.
Jack attended Kansas State University and has a BS degree in Feed Science and Management with a Minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining GVL Poly, Jack held several positions of Asst. Plant Manager, Production Supervisor, Shipping Supervisor, Master Scheduler, and Operational Excellence Leader.
Production Support Manager
Tom joined GVL Poly in April of 2016. He has 23 years in Plastic Manufacturing. Tom attended Hutchinson Community College and majored in Business Management. As the Production Support Manager at the Hesston facility, Tom oversees blending, molding, fabrication, assembly, and shipping/receiving.
Hesston Plant Manager
Jason joined GVL Poly in April of 2016. He has 14 years of experience in leadership, plant operations, and engineering principles. Jason received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University. Prior to joining GVL Poly Jason held positions in plant leadership and engineering.
Human Resources Manager
Cheryl joined GVL Poly in March of 2016. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining GVL Poly Cheryl held several positions in Human Resources. Cheryl received her B.S. degree in Business Management from Central Christian College in McPherson, Kansas.
