During our rotomolding design calls, we go over a few key questions to help inform your part’s manufacturing process. This includes items like:

Part requirements: our team will ask questions to understand what you need out of your chosen part. We’ll touch on the part’s intended application, its size, shape, desired features, and more.
Material selection: we’ll also ask about what materials you’d like your part to be made out of. In many cases, we’ll provide our own recommendations for the best fit.
Mold considerations: the GVL Poly team works to understand where you are in the current part manufacturing process. Do you already have a mold? If so, we can complete tool transfer steps if necessary. If you don’t have a mold, our in-house engineering team can help with that.
Timeline and next steps: at the end of the call, we’ll go over the timeline and next steps so you know exactly what to expect from us.
