Design
GVL Poly uses Solid Works 3D design software to assist in creating parts to your specifications. Scale model proto-types are available for many parts designed by GVL Poly.

Tool Building
With more than 20 years of Rotational Molding tool building, GVL Poly can recommend design specifications to produce a consistent and quality part. We also offer on site tool maintenance to our customers. No shipping your investment for maintenance!

Production
Our production equipment includes a Ferry RotoSpeed® 4000 Independent-Arm Rotational Molding Machine and an FSP 80 Rotoflow Clamshell Rotational Molding Machine.

GVL Poly offers graphic application with Mold-in, Mold-on or adhesive.

Mold-Inserts are commonly used in Rotational Molding and offer solid fastening when needed. A large variety and sizes are available to fit your application.
